Bright red blood isn’t normal but could also not mean that you are definitely having a miscarriage. You should absolutely call your OB though since this is not just spotting or pink blood.

Doesnt look good. Looks like a miscarriage, DO NOT GO TO THE ER, they cant do anything for you its a waste of there space and resources aswell as exposes you to the virus. The er cant do anything for you aside from do a hcg draw, thats all they can do so call your obgyn. They will see you to see if your hcg goes up or down. But they cant prevent or stop a miscarriage
