Light period

So I’m somewhat stressing right now about this. I had protected sex on 3/27, but he didn’t come in me. I gave him a blowjob and he came then. I’m having really bad cramps right now and period symptoms, when I wiped there was very light blood but it didn’t even show up on my pad or anything only when I wiped. A few hours later it was basically gone. My period isn’t technically late yet since it was supposed to start yesterday but I’m just freaking out. Does anyone know what this could be?
