Possibility of missed twins during my 20’week scan?? Photos attached

Hi ladies, this is probably the silliest question and please don’t judge me but is it possible to miss twins on ultrasound? My husband is laughing at me but I swear I see another face on the side of this photo!! Do 3D images sometimes distort images like this??? Loll don’t judge me please. It’s only the one image that looks like this the rest I can only see the one baby.
