Hey girl! I struggles with depression, anxiety, and various forms of ED. This time of crisis is crazy because it’s the first time in over a year I haven’t been in therapy at least once a week or in a treatment facility. Connections are so important and vital to self care! It sucks to feel so alone!!! But you are not!  Especially right now...there are so many people feeling alone and forced to be alone.  So for what it’s worth, it’s actually helped me know that I’m not alone (given that there’s so many people going through the same thing).  I suffer from severe anxiety and working out or even just going for a walk always calms me down.  Hang in there!!
