Question about pain

Question-I'm 5 weeks pregnant. I've been having on and off pain in the circles area. It comes and goes. It's more of an achy pain then anything. Not constant but there often. I had a misssed miscarriage in November so of course worried about everything. It's on my side - I've not had any bleeding.
