Corona crisis: how do you fear it will impact your life?
Okay, time to get "selfish".
Many countries have strict rules and regulations to keep the virus from spreading. We're all doing what we can for our countries and the world.
BUT... That doesn't mean that we don't matter as people. Everyone tries to stay positive, so maybe, like me, you avoid talking about your own worries and fears because you know the reaction: "it is the way it is, right now", "don't worry about it, I'm sure it will be fine eventually", "the health of society is most important right now".
There are always people who have it worse, of course. But that doesn't mean that your problems or worries aren't important.
Let's get it off our chests. Share your own worries, fears, hopes and dreams, no matter how big or small, without apologising. For most of us, our lives have been turned upside down and we are are supposed to just deal with it and not "complain". That's just unrealistic and not to mention terrible for your mental health. Let's just get it all out and support each other. We still matter.
