I am pregnant with twins and didn’t get a positive until after my missed period.
An early positive is not an indicator of twins. There are no “twin symptoms” and only an ultrasound is able to confirm multiples.

I wasn’t tracking but I think I was 4.5 weeks and got a strong positive.

I didn’t check until after my missed period.  I don’t think there is any connection.
