When I was pregnant with our son one of my coworkers of many years had retired and had offered to watch him for us while we worked. She is the sweetest woman and she absolutely loves our son as if he was one of her grandkids. All her family is local and they come over all the time and her grandkids love on him and they just have the best times together. (We have 0 family here and she’s the closet thing to family we have here.) He’s 18 months now and we are planning to try for baby #2 in a couple months. I feel out of curtsey telling her that we are planning to have another child soon and ask her if she would want to care for 2 kids or if she would prefer us to take them to daycare. She loves our son so much that I feel like I’d rather be up front and give her the most time to think about it vs waiting to tell her and make her feel pressured(which we would never do). We have never really discussed another child with her so that is why I feel the need to tell her now. What would you do?Would you tell her now or wait until I am actually pregnant.

**I’ve had 2 miscarriages before my son so I don’t like to tell people early so if we waited it wouldn’t be until almost the 2nd trimester.
