Do you guys wash your groceries with Lysol/Clorox wipes?

No, I’m already overwhelmed with all the ways you can supposedly get it. That seems like a lot of work and I probably wouldn’t even do it correctly and waste my disinfectant If I get it, I get it. I already don’t leave the house at all. Only in my yard. I’m not high risk and neither is my crew that I’m quarantined with

No, I don’t. They say people mostly get Covid from contact with people. I’ll carry my groceries in, put them away, and wash my hands. If I use one of the new items, I will just wash my hands before and after.

Yes. I have a disinfecting station in the garage with Lysol wipes. The likelihood of getting covid from a hard surface is pretty rare based on current research but wiping down groceries is still recommended. We’re being extra careful since I’m pregnant. 👍🏻

I don’t disinfect my groceries. I can’t even get my hands on any Lysol anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️ I just wash stuff off.

Yep I do. It takes like an extra half hour to get my groceries put away but it’s worth it to me. I don’t wash every with soap and water after though, I just let the disinfectant do its thing. If you don’t wipe your groceries down you may as well not bother washing your hands when you get home. You’re just retouching everything you just washed off your hands then go to eat it after touching the dirty packaging.

I try to disinfect with clorox and paper towel. I don't know if that will help but it gives me peace if mind

Lol no. I just clean the surface the bags were sitting on and throw the bags away. Then of course I “wash” my procedure well, but I did that before the virus.

I wipe the boxes and cans down till I run out of wipes
