Sore breasts help!

Hey guys so I’m 4 dpo and ever since I conceived I started have breast tenderness and it only got worse. It’s hard to describe the feeling like it like stingy/ prickly feeling in my boobs and nipples and I haven’t got this before a period just a little bit of boob tenderness. Also my cm was very creamy and felt like lotion. Could this be signs of early pregnancy? Also could you guys describe your boob pain and cm when you got a BFP
