Can you feel when you are ovulating?

I do not know when it started (somewhere in this 30’s adventure) but, I can feel when I’m ovulating. It’s similar to menstrual cramps, but milder. Anyone else experience this?

Yes i experience sometimes. Not every month though. I felt some mild cramping yesterday. And today when i went to pee i saw a tiny brown discharge mixed with mucus. Im on my fertile window. Sometimes i get super tiny brown discharge on my fertile window/mid cycle. Its super tiny can only notice when wiping. It last about a couple days. Have you ever experienced anything like this?
