I’m 36+5 and had a doctors appointment yesterday morning where I was 1cm dilated and 30% effaced. I noticed that I was bleeding (brown stringy blood) about 6pm last night and called my doctor, who said that bleeding after a cervix check is common and to call back if it became bright red/got worse/I started having contractions. I’m still having a lot of brown stringy blood. Has anyone else experienced this that long after a cervix check? Sorry that the picture is gross!
