Do I need both or just one of them?

I voted both... you don’t NEEd both, but it is helpful. I used the boppy for nursing only and the lounger for a spot to put the baby.

It depends. They serve different purposes. The one on the left is strictly a lounger, but nice to have to set baby on while sitting on the couch, lounging around in bed etc. The other is for feeding mostly, you can prop baby up in it but I wouldn’t prop a little newborn in it, it’s more useful for propping up bigger babies when they’re learning to sit.

Depends if your breastfeeding or not. The lounger is great to keep baby in one spot. The one with the whole is good at supporting you and baby while breastfeeding

They are for different things. Personally I hated the boppy nursing pillow, used it once or twice and never again. I have pretty large breasts, idk if that made the difference (38DDD when I was breastfeeding). I liked the lounger though but still, didn’t use it much.

My MIL actually bought us the lounger and I returned it and got the the regular one. With my first we used the regular one as lounger and used to sit him up when he was big enough. I felt like the regular was more multipurpose.

With my first pregnancy I only got the lounger, but wish I had the pillow too. I loved the lounger and my daughter still lays in it like a bean bag chair (19months) But when I breastfed her I was always using regular pillows an never comfortable and wish I had the boppy pillow. So with this pregnancy I got the pillow. I’m still trying to decide if I need a second lounger or if big sister will share.

I actually preferred one that clips behind your back (less sliding around. It was called My Brest Friend when I bought it)
