I was on the combo birth control pill for 12 years, and just recently went off of it a month ago. While on the pill, I would show signs of ovulation, mostly having discharge in the 2nd week of my pills that had egg white consistency.

Does this mean that I was ovulating on the pill? I know the pill, especially the combo, is supposed to stop ovulation; so does that mean the pill wasnt effective for me? Since being off the pill, my cycle has been exactly the same.
