How soon did you start buying stuff for the nursery?

We started on our nursery about a week or two after we found out I’m pregnant. We customized the wood wall burning and staining every piece our selves and the shelves as well

We never did set up nursery’s. We have always just got the essentials and left the walls and decor plain and boring, just non existing. 🤷🏻‍♀️ just crib (even though they have been co sleepers), closet with clothes and toy bin. We live in apartments and move every year also, so we just don’t find the need to go all out until we actually buy a forever home.

Once we found out the sex. With my first I did a neutral nursery, so I bought earlier.but for this one I wanted specific themes this time depending on if it was a boy or girl.
