So with all this Covid stuff they’re dealing with and just how much they do already, I want to bring cookies or something for the nurses and midwives when I’m in labor. I already asked to make sure they could accept food or gifts right now and they said yes.

This isn’t a question about if I should or shouldn’t, I’m just trying to get an idea on how much to make/buy. I was in L&D for two shift changes at a different hospital with my first, so I want it be enough for probably two shifts- whoever’s on that shift, not just attending to me. The hospital is one of the main ones in the city with 9 on staff midwives and I don’t know how many nurses, so that’s where I’m kind of stuck.

If you’ve done something like this before or are planning on it and your hospital allows it, what/how much are you bringing? Or will you send something after?
