Doesn't eat or sleep after vaccination

My LO got his 1yr old jabs on Tues 14th and since than he doesn't sleep well or eat. He had fever the night he had it and was okay after. He is otherwise active. But just doesn't sleep well or naps. And refuses to eat anything. Not even his favourite banana or grapes.

We were just three days into Sleeping through the night and it's all a mess now. This was the first time he was sleeping through.

Also he breastfeeds, has a bottle only when he is in mood, otherwise just the boob.

I don't know what to do. I'm a FTM and I feel very stressed when he doesn't eat.
