is this breakthrough bleeding?

i’ve been on the pill for a year, never missed one, only sometimes a little late. skipped my bleed the beginning of last month by taking only active pills and then got a normal withdrawal bleed after that on the next sugar pills. idk if that’s the cause but i guess it’s worth mentioning. I am going to take my first sugar pill this sunday and I am experiencing this in a pad and when I wipe. haven’t had sex since my last normal withdrawal bleed. is this breakthrough bleeding? I heard it’s normal, but should I be concerned??
