Hi!! I hope you guys are all having a positive quarantine.
Before this quarantine I’ve had a lot of mourning. My grandfather passed, my best friend commit suicide, and then my grandma passed away too. It’s been really hard for me to smile and honestly the modeling I did the past few years really messed me up before I quit. I haven’t opened up to anyone about my thoughts or even my emotions on anything I’ve been going through which weighed me down a lot. I stopped smiling and gained some weight.
Since quarantine started, I’ve been able to take time to myself and really relax. I just wanted to share these pics because I’m growing into myself and smiling more :) I’ve started working out again and have found myself where I want to be. There’s definitely a lot more confidence and self esteem growth too.
One problem though is that I don’t know how to lose weight. I don’t like my weight, any tips?
