Should I take another one ? 💊 💊

So I had sex with my bf 5 days ago and I had to take a plan b because the condom broke. So we decided to use bigger condoms because we didn’t want them breaking and today we had sex and it slipped off and he had already finished inside the condom as i went to take it off it was in me . (I know I should take bc but I’m scared of weight gain) I’ve been having thick white discharge so I know I’m not ovulating but should I take another plan b ?
