PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!

I got married 3 months ago and as of last week I have not heard from my husband. After calling him, his mom and sister. He text me back and stated he has some pressing family matters. That was it. Haven’t heard from him in days

. He lives in Europe we were in the process of getting his citizenship. I have process on withdrawal and it is good because process hasn’t been approved as of yet. But I need the process and guidelines for a marriage annulment per NYS like ASAP. I have called courthouse legal assistance everything is closed due to Covid. Like everything is hitting at once I am trying to stay strong but this hurt and I need some assistance!!
