What is going with my nose? Any help appreciated!!!

My nose is very red and dry. It’s not itchy or anything but it seems to just keep spreading and no signs of it going away. I thought it was just a dry nose so I put lotion but it has not improved. I also thought it might have been the balls on my septum jewelry so I have taken it off already. It’s starting to scare me a bit. What doctor would I go to get this looked at? Does anyone know what this is?
