Do you have a nap time routine?

We currently do not have a nap time routine but my son is starting to struggle to go down for his naps so I think we need to start one. Not really sure how to start so if you have a nap routine do you mind sharing what you do so I can get some ideas please.

Sleep sack, turn on music, hug and kiss, lay down, leave room.

Couch facing out and a light rocking and held tightly. Once I feel her body relax I put her in her bed drowsy

We do bathtime, bottle, cuddle until asleep. 
Nap time and nights have been so rough with teething lately.

It's fairly basic. Usually right after breakfast, my husband cleans him up and changes his diaper. Then I take him, switch on the sound machine, close the door, close the blinds, put on his sleep sack, nurse him until he's asleep, put him down and walk away. We get between 1-2h each day. This is the first nap obviously. The second nap is always in the stroller on our afternoon walk. That's about 40-60mins.

Dark room and a sound machine. Sleeps 12 to 14 hours. With another tooth coming in hes been waking for one bottle recently.

I bring her into her room, hum a lullaby for 1-2 minutes, lay her down, offer a pacifier, turn off the lights, and pray. It’s been working for us. Wouldn’t exactly call it a routine though. 😂

Before a nap we diaper change, go into her sleep sack and I nurse her. We tried to not nurse and it didn’t work😬 I think the sleep sack also helps because she can associate it with sleep time.

Y’all are awesome!!! I literally turn off the light and close the curtains and turn on his sound machine and walk out 🤣 he doesn’t struggle with naps though so he is very happy with this. I just always make sure he is actually ready for a nap before putting him down. I’ve tried putting him down when he isn’t super tired and that’s a bit harder.

Turn on dim light, read her “that’s not my koala” book, diaper change, sleep sack, sing lullaby, sound machine on, then lay her down and say security statement. 
She naps in her pack n play with the SlumberPod over it since it’s hard to block out the light in her bedroom from the gaps in the doors. So we just have the PnP/SlumberPod set up right next to her crib.
