Having one of those days
Or months. Just feeling really stuck and living every day like it's groundhog day. Up early AF every day, spend all day cooking and cleaning after a family that's home all day, while trying to work from home. It's starting to affect my sleep at night, like I can't shut everything off. I know we're lucky to be able to work from home and we're all still healthy. But damn I would just like a break. My mental health is really suffering. It feels like my life is endless chores, catching up on work and making a baby happy all day.
Anyone have tips on getting out of a rut? Even if we can't get out of the house lol.
