Sick baby help..

So my daughter has been having only a fever of 101-104 for going on day 2 and we keep it down with Motrin and Tylenol. Yesterday she had good wet and poopy diapers and drank a lot but today she only had about 13-14 oz of water ( the only thing she will drink, no pedialyte or milk or anything just water) and she’s been eating very little solid food. She’s had 1 poopy diaper and about 2 half full pee diapers. I’m worried about dehydration because she’s not drinking as much as she usually does or did yesterday. Help... what to do??
