Would you leave?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 6 years, we are both 21. I love him, but he keeps thinking he’s going to become a famous rockstar. He says he knows he’s going to be famous because he always had visions of it. He is pretty good at playing guitar,  but I just feel this is a silly dream to have. He needs to be focusing on working. What do you think? Would you leave him?

He should have a backup alternative just in case this whole rockstar dream doesn’t come true, money is survival- and you can’t survive on a dream that isn’t happening yet.

I mean does he have a job right now? Is he making money and able to pay bills? If yes, then I don’t see an issue of him pursuing his dreams. If no, I’d get out of there.

He should certainly have a backup plan, like an education or solid work history, but he also needs supportive friends and family. If you can’t do that for him, you should definitely leave. He deserves better.
