5DO - anyone else had this?
Yesterday and today I’ve hard this warm sensation in my lower stomach and I feel very bloated there and my stomach is rock hard.
Last night when trying to get to sleep, I couldn’t lie on my sides because it was very uncomfortable and almost made me feel sick so ended up going to sleep on my back which I never do.
Anyone had this before?
