Wha to do in eczema in babies?

My son is 6 months old and he is suffering from eczema all over his body along with face. In these lock down days can't go out. I want to know what other moms in world do? Thanks

My daughter is 4 months old and she has severe eczema. Her skin breaks, cracks, oozes, and bleeds. 
We tried literally EVERYTHING. Different products to different bath methods. Of course every baby is different so do what you think is best for your child! 
But what works for my daughter is: 
Prescription hydrocortisone 2.5% on her body, face, and scalp when flare ups get “bad” 
OTC hydrocortisone 1% on body, face, scalp, and/or diaper area when her skin is flared up but “not as bad”
Vaseline to moisture and I use Vaseline after I put on any steroids
Lukewarm baths 2-3x a week for 5 mins and immediately moisturize right after 
I also add in about 10-11 oz of breastmilk (if you have any) to her baby bath tub and it did her skin wonders. Right after the bath, I can tell her skin was softer and less red. Then I continued to apply hydrocortisone (if needed) and Vaseline.
She is hypersensitive. So Aveeno, Mustela, Cera Ve, coconut oil, and every other products I bought for her did not help. It made it worse. So this is only a recommendation but I hope you find what works best for your child!!

Cerave cream. It worked so well for my baby that I started using it for me. Make sure it’s paraben and fragrance free

My daughter suffered for so long and then it randomly got better when she turned 6. Now she’s 11 and getting pimples lol. But I remember having to moisturize her so much. Now my 4 month old is showing sign of eczema so I am using a nice oat moisturizer for babies every day, several times to prevent it from getting worse
