Please forgive this silly post, I don't really have anyone else to ask this and at this stage of the game you would think I would know. But I tend to second guess myself at times so here I go... Would you consider the dark discharge, or old blood, that shows at the start of a period, spotting? Or would spotting be actually red or pinkish blood? Sorry for possibly sounding unaware of my own body but after charting for 3 years ttc I'm getting frustrated that maybe I just don't know! Thanks all for your help ❤
