Cramps since ovulation

I ovulated on the 9th and have had constant cramping ever since. They are mild and feel

Like constant pressure in my left side and sometimes in my right. I’m 12 DPO today. I took a test yesterday morning and got a negative. Has anyone else experienced this and ended up with a bfp?
