I currently have an IUD that should be replaced this summer.

I last had sex on March 10th - without an iud, this would have been considered my highest chance of getting pregnant (my most fertile day).

I sort of had a period after that.. its hard to tell with my iud, its not like my regular flow. It was very light and only lasted 2 days.

But this month, im 5 days late.

Past week or so I have been waking up either nauseous or with really bad heartburn. I even threw up bile twice.

Should I take a pregnancy test? Do you think that I could be?
