Acid reflux ?

Hey all. I’m due to start AF in 2-3 days, but don’t feel like I’m going to. Normally I have issues with my stomach right before I start, and cramps leading up to it that should’ve started by now but haven’t, just discharge.

It in now 8am where I’m at, I woke up at 4 being uncomfortable and again at 6:30 due to horrible acid reflux!! The last time I had this this bad I was pregnant !! Do y’all think I could be again? Has this happened with you at all?
