Baby acne?

She’s 3 months old and this isn’t clearing up. I’ve tried breast milk, warm water, Mustela cleansing water and it’ll help it a little bit but it always comes right back and in different areas on her face too.

Usually its from sweat, oils on your skin getting transferred to her, or saliva if she drools. My son had it for the first 3 months of life, and it always went away on its own. Unless its visibly irritating her and she’s scratching or crying over it, I wouldn’t worry about it.

Leave it alone. It will go away on its own. If you keep messing with it its going to stay longer so leave it alone

Maybe it’s her bath soap. My son had the same problem and we finally changed the soap and it went away. We were using burts bees. I think it was either the beeswax or the gluten (I have celiac disease and my son could be a carrier). Beeswax can be hard on baby skin and the gluten was found in vitamin e oil from wheat germ (tocopherol).
