What prenatal vitamins do you take please share

What prenatal vitamins do you take? Do you take any other vitamins along with them?

I take Rainbow Light Duo and no other vitamins, because they’re pretty well rounded vitamins. They have a bit of a vitamin taste (nothing horrible), but I just take them quickly. I would just suggest to avoid gummy vitamins, because they have a lot of added sugar!

Smarty Pants Prenatal gummies. I do take a separate iron supplement with them.

Blackmore Pregnancy and Breast feeding 2 capsules at night. 
Also extra Iron Supplement as I’m anemic and hydralyte to stay hydrated.

I just got mine from the dr. Some Rx so idk the name but they usually have some to recommend. I don’t trust OTC stuff since most isn’t regulated

Ive never taken a prenatal. They don’t have enough of what you need. I take individual supplements to make up for what I’m lacking. Folate. B12. Vit C. Magnesium. Iron. DHA. Omega 3’s. Potassium.
