26 weeks and New weird bumps?

I'm 26 weeks and I've had these weird pimple like bumps coming up across the top of my stomach and they itch REALLY bad. Any idea what this might be??

This could be a huge stretch and I don’t mean to cause any panic but it almost looks like bed bug bites to me. I say that because they are in a linear pattern and itchy. I really hope that’s not the case cause that’s a huge pain 😩. Take a look at pics online and see what you think.

I had them too is a rash that comes out when your skin is stretching .. is nothing to worry about it does itch and sometimes burn but is not dangerous . But you should ask your doctor anyway to make sure 😊
