Almost 12 weeks?

Does this ultrasound look like I’m almost 12 weeks?
I swear my last period was January 23rd
We were able to see the heartbeat on the ultrasound

i feel like this resembles more of my 6 week ultrasound, but you could’ve ovulated later than you thought

The ultrasound is kind of hard to see but if that’s the whole baby it looks more like 7 or 8 weeks maybe you ovulated later? The doctor should have told you how far along the baby was measuring. This is mine at 13 weeks
