You have to show them the code from the website or app at customer service.

Walked up to the customer service desk said I made a baby registry and it said you get a welcome bag and they handed me one. Didn’t have to “prove” I made one or anything

I showed them my barcode from the registry on my phone, but I’ve heard you can just ask for one.

Go to the Guest Services desk next time you go into a store and let them know you started one online
