How to wean baby from formula to milk?

I’m an FTM, how do I do this. She will 12 months on the 11th. It seems like she drinks more bottles than ever right now. I’ve tried several different sippy cups and she refuses to drink formula from them.

With my first I gradually switched. He took 8oz bottles at his first birthday. I made them 6oz formula 2oz milk for a couple days, then 4oz formula 4oz milk for a couple days, then 2oz formula 6oz milk for a couple days and then he was done with formula. I started the weekend after his first birthday. I’ll try the same with this baby.

My pediatrician recommended no more then 20 oz of milk to avoid constipation. Sippy cups half milk half formula for a week to transition. 
My son loves food so we actually give him sippy cups of formula every meal because he wasn't drinking enough. We had to try a few to get one that he liked. Also maybe just try a small cup. Might be messy but little ones love it!
