I'm not sure how planned parenthood works, I've been told it's for people who don't have insurance but when I made an appointment online they asked for my insurance because I want to get the nexplanon implant, and my insurance covers it but my sister told me that I'd have to pay the $1300 for it. I cancelled my appt , was suppose to go at 3 today.

Should I reschedule my appt?? 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm so frustrated. Do I have to pay for it or not? I looked it up on Google but I'm not getting any direct answers, nothing I read makes sense.
