Single umbilical artery...two cord

Does anyone have any experience? I had my anatomy scan the other day at 22 weeks and we were diagnosed with single umbilical artery. Our little baby is growing well, tested negative on all genetic screening and had an echocardiogram at the same time and the baby is showing no other abnormalities and the dr was not concerned. He stated that they will just monitor growth more carefully in the later months especially. I’m just curious what anyone else has experienced.

I would love to hear all experiences.
