Has this happened to anybody?!

Hello! Me and my boyfriend just recently started TTC beginning of March. Last Friday I had 2 positive pregnancy tests! Just yesterday I had tested again (for peace of mind awaiting my doctor appointment) and it also came back POSITIVE. Today I finally got in with my doctor and they said my urine test had came back NEGATIVE!! So now I am waiting on blood work to confirm my levels of HCG. Technically my doctor estimated I should be around 6-7 weeks pregnant by now according to my last period, so he wasn’t sure why it was negative on their end but ensured me it could be due to the sensitivity of their tests in the office. I noticed yesterday I had some dark brown discharge, and after my appointment I noticed some dark brown blood. I’m getting really nervous now waiting on results. Has this happened to anybody? This is my first pregnancy and I have no idea what to even think or feel. I’m trying to remain hopeful!!
