HELP! Spotting

I'm panicked. I havent had much symptoms except sore boobs and some pulling sensation which was described as ligament pain. I had a scan at 7 weeks and everything was normal. I'm now going on 10 weeks and I was cramping all day yesterday, and now I'm spotting today, but cramping subsided. I had a busy day yesterday digging in flower beds so I'm hoping it is a fluke thing. I miscarried at 9weeks last year so I have been very cautious with this pregnancy. My progesterone levels were really good when they were checked yesterday. I'm getting my hcg tested today and again in 2 days, and I wont know results until Monday.

I need opinions. Should I be worried?? Has anyone else experienced this?

I am taking progesterone just because they said it couldnt hurt anything, but since it is vaginal they said it could cause spotting. I havent had any spotting until now though.
