Taking baby father of CS?

Anyone has there baby father on childsupport?
It’s been two years for me and he continues to ask me I’m in going to take him off. He moved in with his girlfriend and her daughter. He use to get our son every weekend but since they moved in barely. He has never helped since I had my baby. He’s about to be 3 and he’s been on childsupport since he was like 6 months.
He’s always asking me if I’m gonna send him money. Which I feel like he shouldn’t because he has a girl there’s two of them one of me and I take care of my son quite well. 
What would you guys suggest? I also moved out the state I live in AL now but when we did live two mins from them he barely came to get him.
Also has anyone gotten back with there baby daddy after years ? How did that go as well?
I don’t wanna get back with him I just wanted to know how well that worked for others. 
I’m just tired of him bashing me. He calls me weak , and all sort of other names because he’s on childsupport. So does she THEY both make fun of me and I’m tired of it. 
And he posts on Facebook all the time I’m keeping him away which I am NOT in no means. It’s crazy. I never realized how much a dude can act so childish over money that’s going towards his kid. I get no assistance or childcare discounts.

That's his child for life. Not for 6 months, 2 years, BUT life. He wants taken off cuz now he's living with this other chick and tryna play house. Don't take him off. And for your sake and your child, don't consider going back with him. He didn't care enough about you or your child to work it out the first time. He's gonna be the same now.

Do NOT take him off. My 2 kids father lives with his gf & her daughter too & asks me every chance he gets if I can cancel child support so they can travel. Not they as in him & my kids, they as him & his gf since he owes over 15k in support to our kids. If you he’s not present now with the orders or going above & beyond for his kid despite having to pay he’s def not going to step up more if you cancel it.... I feel bad sometimes too when he asks or gives a sob story about having to pay but then I look at my kids & know the deserve every penny they do get here & there when he decides to pay.
