Pregnancy workouts
What are your favorite pregnancy workouts? I have been unfit all throughout my pregnancy using it as an excuse not to exercise. I definitely have added on the pounds and i'm so ready to pop this baby out so that i could work on a fitness routine as i did before i met my childrens father. It is very easy for me to build muscle mass which i like, and i have dumbbells available and just ordered some resistance bands to work on my legs since that is the ares that grows muscle mass the quickest.
