Friends with Benifits help

Been seeing this lad on and off for a few months now but I have known him forever, we live on the same block.

There is lots of history between us. And we both have just kept it casual he’s not sleeping with anyone else and am not.

He has stuff at my house for when he stays and that.

My problem is even though I know he’s not sleeping with someone else, my mind always thinks what if he did/was

I would be so hurt, should I speak to him and tell him ??

But am scared to lose him as I do love him
