Anyone dealing with postpartum anxiety?

Curious to see how prevalent it is.

I have it but I think it’s because I carried my son for 9 months & he earned his angel wings at just 4 days old. So I think the anxiety is more so seeing everyone else’s journeys & seeing how big he would’ve been. Carrying another baby will be terrifying too😳

I have it but my daughter was born at 34 weeks and spent a week in the nicu and then 2 years later I had my son on 1/6/20 and he was born at 33weeks and spent 5 weeks in the nicu. He had a collapsed lung, respiratory distress, anemic and few other problems 🥴. My doctor also diagnosed me with ptsd from it.

Yes and I never had anxiety before. I’ve had two “omg omg” followed by tears moments so far

My PPA was insaneeeee. I was prescribed a tiny dosage of Zoloft and it helped more than I could have imagined.
