Planned csection?

Anyone have a planned csection coming? Did you get to choose the date?

I’m having a planned c-section. I have my 32 week appointment this Wednesday and that is when they’re supposed to set a date for the surgery at a39 weeks.

Yes and I am having one at 37 weeks I got to chose like my mom has a ton to do on the 19 which was the original day so I asked if I could on the 18 or 20th and he told me yes to just pick. I couldn’t pick the time obviously he wanted it at 645 am. But now that her umbilical cord is right on the edge on my cervix with her head on top of that I have to have it even earlier now I can’t even try to be induced because if my water breaks she could suffocate so like I might have to have her at 35 or 36 weeks nobody wants that obviously but can’t risk my water breaking. I am having a planned c section due to already having had two. I asked for the 18th of June and they said that’s the earliest they could do since I’ll be 39 weeks exactly. However, they did say that they could bump the date out depending on how hard the hospital is hit by the virus. So we shall see.

I will be having a planned c-section. We’re hoping to have some input on the date. But we only meet with the surgeon on May 13! I’ll be 35 weeks already at that point. But apparently that’s the earliest I could get in.

I have a planned C-section. My doctor chose our date. She based the date on the ultrasound. According to my calculations using our date of insemination, I will be 39 weeks on May 25th. My doctor wants to wait until June 1st to deliver.

I am a planned c section. I know my dr does surgeries on Wednesdays and she takes c sections a week early which put me on May 27th so that’s the date that’s been stuck in my head since I was 8 weeks along.

I am. Not going to try VBAC with an 89th percentile baby. Haven’t scheduled it yet. I’ll be 39 weeks on June 5. Might wait another week or two to schedule. Our governor is lifting stay at home orders this week, and I have no idea what’s going to happen to the number of cases or the hospitals here.
