Implantation ??

I’m aware my body is going through A LOT.. I’ve been off my pill for about 6 weeks. I tested positive for ovulation on the 14-16 ish. I went through a lot during ovulation... I was exhausted, bloating and cramping. About four days ago (and current) I started feeling mild cramps in my pelvic area and lower back pain. Its mild enough where i can’t lay on my stomach. My cramps are Mostly left side (with could be constipation).. but then my right side started hurting. It wasn’t like a period cramp, it was more of a sharp pain. Ive also been going through a lot of heart durn and nipples have been sore. I read on the internet that early symptoms of pregnancy is when the cervix is high and soft.. I can’t really notice if it’s soft but it is high. I’m supposed to start my period I’m a few days. I also tested negative for upt ( aware it’s to early for accurate results). I haven’t spotted from implantation... I’m a bit nervous and confused on what my body is going through... can anyone relate or give advice please ..
