What is the difference between a female, getting “wet”, cumming, and having an orgasm? Is there a difference between cumming and having and orgasm?

Getting wet is your body’s natural lubrication. It often happens when when aroused. Sometimes you need more lubrication though so that’s why lube exists. 
As far as I know, “cumming” refers to the process of reaching climax or orgasm. If someone says they “came” that means they have had an orgasm. Usually with male people, their ejaculate is called “cum” and it’s released as a result of an orgasm. Before that, they release “pre cum” or pre ejaculate. This is like how female people get wet. It acts as a lubricant. Sometimes female people can also notice an increase in wetness after orgasming. Sometimes people call that “cum” too.
