Could the pain I’m feeling today mean pregnancy ?

Hey y’all!

Idk where to post/ask this. But I tried to get pregnant for 4 years and got pregnant in 2018, (after both trying fertility supplements)I lost it. Then got pregnant 3 months later with my rainbow baby girl. She’s now 7m old and my husband and I use the “method” and it always has worked for us before (we’ve been together for 10 years) but featured in the pic below whwre the littl heart is , is a night he actually came in me. We kinda shook it off and we’re like “pshhh, I won’t get pregnant, We’re not even taking our supplements/vitamins rn. Well today is ovulation day and I’m so so SO CRAMPY and in pain. This has never happened in all my years of ovulating. My question is. Is there a possibility that could mean I’m pregnant? It’s ok If so. But I’ve never experienced something like this. Ya I could go research but I wanna hear other women’s story’s and experiences.
